Mmmmmm...

1 cup milk
1/4 cup brown rice uncooked
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. (or more) honey

Put in little dipper crockpot before bed. Top with chopped pumpkin seeds, raisins and milk and savour individual serving of steaming hot rice pudding for breakfast in the morning.

Glad to hear it! I've been looking for one for a while, too, so did a bunch of research and then made this one up. I like that it uses uncooked brown rice. That was my main criteria.

please adjust the honey level to your taste, 1 tsp was not very sweet at all.
